Just the mentioning of the phrase ‘Chocolate Fudge’, makes you the ‘Charlie’ of the ‘Chocolate Factory’! Well, it is a popular dessert, liked by people of all generations! I mean, who doesn’t like chocolate?!
So, without further ado, on a happy and cheery new-year note, I present before you a quick and easy recipe of this heavenly dessert. Yeah, I can hear the ‘yumm..’ already! Go check it out!
1 tin (400g) of condensed milk
4 tbsp white flour
1/2 cup sugar powder
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup walnuts, crushed
Step 1: Melt the butter in a wok.
Step 2: Keep on low flame and add the condensed milk, sugar powder, cocoa powder, white flour to the melted butter and stir continuously on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3: When the mixture becomes slightly thick and pliable, add the walnuts and stir for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Empty the above contents into a butter-greased tray and cool in a fridge. Do not freeze.
Step 5: Garnish it with walnuts and chocolate crumbs. Cut into slices and serve. You can even melt it a little in a microwave oven while serving for that heavenly experience!
